artichoke

This month I’m in a love and artichoke state of mind. Love because I’m thinking about Valentine’s day which is fast approaching. Artichokes just because it seems to be my favorite ingredient right now. Perhaps because I recently discovered through Reader’s Digest that many people consider artichokes an aphrodisiac.

Expect delicious recipes this month like “involtini ai carciofi”, hamburger with artichoke and truffle sauce, plus an awesome recipe from my hubby for dark chocolate and peperoncino cupcakes.
