India reached 34/1 with Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill at the crease after England were bowled out for 353.

Rohit Sharma was sent back to the dressing room by James Anderson as India reached 34/1 at lunch on the second day of the fourth Test of the five-match series at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi on Saturday.

Shubman Gill (4*) and Yashasvi Jaiswal (27*) are at the crease with 10 overs being bowled.

Joe Root remained unbeaten on 122 as India bowled out England for 353, losing their last three wickets for six runs in the span of 17 balls.

Resuming from 302/7, England added 51 runs in the morning session, with Ollie Robinson making 58, also his maiden half-century in the format.

In fact, two of the Enngald’s last three were picked by Ravindra Jadeja to be India’s stand-out bowler with 4-67. From being 112/5 at lunch on day one, England will be satisfied to get a total above 350.
